Day 1:  Air Travel Experience to Uganda

Welcome to your adventurous and breathtaking tourism event experience. Visit Africa is geared, all set and ecstatic to share this experience with you. Let’s transfer you to your relaxing hotel for a rest before a thrilling and breathtaking adventure.

 

Murchison Falls National Park

Day 2-3: Transfer to Murchison Falls | Full Experience

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

 

Murchison Falls National Park is Uganda's biggest park pride of a complete tour experience, from falls, Wildlife game drive, breathtaking sceneries, world-class lodges, thrilling cultural experience, birding, air-balloon experience. You are in awesome hands for this one!

  • We start off in style with a game drive. The park is home to 76 species of mammals including four of the “Big Five”.
  • Yes yes yes! It’s Hot Air Balloon time. Get in, hold tight, this is going to be amazing. We are off for up in the sky safari experience.
  • Visit the place in Pakwach where a total solar eclipse occurred. On 3 November 2013, Pakwach was the centre of Uganda's total solar eclipse.
  • Go on a town tour of Pakwach town. Visit the Kibiro Salt gardens and fishing village.
  • Go cultural, with a cultural visit to boomu village.
  • Take a breathtaking boat ride to the bottom of the famous Murchison Falls, natively and formerly known as Kabalega falls
  • Time for some hiking to the top of the Murchison Falls.

What a fun day this has been! Time to enjoy an evening experience at Pakuba Safari Lodge, one few accommodation facilities within the park. Get to know the Visit Africa team so more, enjoy a camp fire entertained by some beautiful native stories, rest up close to wildlife and nature.

 

Kidepo Valley National Park

Day 4-6: Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park | Full Experience

The most isolated of all parks, set in a rugged Savannah in the karamoja region of Uganda is Kidepo Valley National Park. Immersed in nature and wildlife, Kidepo Valley is that place where you experience every nature and wildlife feeling all at once. On this experience, we take you on a true safari exploration, sit tight, Visit Africa on the wheel.

  • To start off, let’s take you on a thrilling wildlife adventure in the Savannah of Kidepo Valley
  • To Kanangorok Hot Springs we go! Visit the Kanangorok Hot Springs at the Uganda-South Sudan boarder.
  • Let’s ditch our 4x4 tourist vehicles, it’s time for some hiking and mountain climbing of Mount Morungole.
  • Time for come cultural dance with a cultural encounter in the IK people community. The Ik people, also referred to as Teuso, a rapidly-evolving ethnic group of about 10,000 people in the mountains of north-east Uganda in the Karamoja region. Learn about their way of life and more.
  • Go bird watching on the Namamukweny Valley and Lomej Hills. Places that basks in bird species abundance, with species like the common bulbul, Kori bustard, Ostrich, Dark chanting goshawk, red and yellow barbet, pygmy falcon, rufous chatterer, fox kestrel, chestnut weaver, golden pipit, karamoja apalis and so many others.

Kampala

Day 7: Fun in Kampala City

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

 

Back to Kampala City for a mouthwatering city experience. Among the fasted growing cities in Africa, Kampala is the capital of the Republic of Uganda. The city gets its name from an impala, a species of Antelope. So, it’s time to crown this tourism event experience in style.

  • Get a tour around the city.
  • Visit the Kasubi Royal Tombs, a site of the burial grounds for four Kabakas and other members of the Baganda royal family.
  • Visit the Kabaka’s Palace and other Buganda Kingdom Historical buildings. Buganda is the largest of the traditional kingdoms in present-day East Africa. Learn more about the Buganda Kingdom.
  • Go to the Uganda Museum, the oldest museum in East-Africa. The Uganda Museum displays and exhibits ethnological, natural-historical and traditional life collections of Uganda's cultural heritage.
  • Go cultural at the Ndere Cultural centre. Experience cultural dance performances by the Ndere Dance Troupe, experience art exhibits and more.
  • See the Uganda Independence Monument. This Monument stands 6m high, featuring a man unwrapping & holding a child to the sky.

Departure

Day 8: Transfer back to Entebbe & departure

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch (except for early morning departures)

  • Transfer to Entebbe Airport for your departure.
