Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Entebbe. This day is for you to rest and acclimatize after your journey. Entebbe, located on the shores of Lake Victoria, offers a peaceful start to your adventure.
The Boma Hotel
Depart Entebbe after breakfast and embark on a scenic drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Pass through rural villages, lush landscapes, and the equator line where you can stop for photos and a brief history lesson. Arrive in the afternoon, check into your lodge, and prepare for an evening game drive in the park's northern sector. Expect to see elephants, buffaloes, and various antelope species against the backdrop of the Rwenzori Mountains.
Ihamba Safari Lodge
Start the day with an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains, an area renowned for lion sightings. Return to the lodge for a leisurely breakfast and some rest. In the afternoon, embark on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake George and Lake Edward. The cruise offers excellent opportunities to see hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species. End the day with a scenic drive back to the lodge, watching the sunset over the park.
Ihamba Safari Lodge
After breakfast, drive to the Ishasha sector, known for its tree-climbing lions. Arrive at your lodge, have lunch, and then head out for an afternoon game drive. The Ishasha sector offers a unique landscape with its open savannahs and fig trees where lions are often seen resting.
Ishasha Jungle Lodge
Spend the day exploring the Ishasha sector with morning and afternoon game drives. In addition to tree-climbing lions, you may also see elephants, buffaloes, and numerous bird species. Between game drives, relax at the lodge and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

After a leisurely breakfast, depart the Ishasha sector and drive back to Entebbe. Enjoy the scenic journey and stop for lunch along the way.
