We take you to Mount Elgon National Park, Sipi Falls and River Nile for a 3day memorable adventure, packed with beautiful waterfalls, cultural and fun filled activities. This adventure will take us to Mount Elgon; a massive solitary volcanic mountain on the border of eastern Uganda and western Kenya, Then to Sipi falls; the most beautiful waterfalls in Uganda to the River Nile; the longest river in the world and a chance to visit The Source of Nile in Uganda.

Airfares, Visa fees, Personal insurance, Expenses of personal nature such as; drinks, tips, laundry, telephone, cigarettes, accommodation and meals not indicated in the itinerary.

Your Visit Itinerary

Arrival & Day One: Welcome To Uganda

Expect to see: Mabira forest, River Nile, Lake Victoria, tea and sugar plantations, Sipi falls

On your arrival, Kubwa Five Safaris representative (Visit Africa's Prime Partner) with your name printed on an A4 paper will welcome you to Uganda at Entebbe airport and transfer you to Sky hotel in Kampala located 10 Km from the city center towards Naalya Housing Estate, it has a capacity of 29 Rooms with twin beds taking up 58 guests, there is one restaurant, which is open from 7-10 am for breakfast. However, it is open for the rest of the day for meals.

 

Depending on your arrival time, relax in your already-booked hotel after a long flight while you are dreaming of your safari tomorrow morning at at 7:00am and then driven East across several districts to Mbale. Enjoy the  drive where you will see Mabira forest, the Nile River, Lake Victoria, tea and sugar plantations around Lugazi and Kakira. Arrive in Mbale in the afternoon. Lunch break at Mbale Resort Hotel. After lunch, explore the magnificent Sipi falls and adjoining areas. Overnight at Mbale Resort Hotel.

 

Day Two:

Expect To See: Mountain Elgon, Budadiri forest, Kapkwahi and Kapwata

After breakfast, we pack our lunch snacks. This day is dedicated to hiking Mount Elgon where the park guides are ready to take you up to the mountain using any of the selected three main trekking trails; Budadiri Forest exploration center, Kapkwai, and Kapwata. Dinner and overnight at Mbale Resort Hotel. All our rooms meet international hotel standards and offer an experience that will make you stay longer. Some of the rooms have balconies with spectacular panoramic views of the Wanale, the swimming Pool and the Gardens. Each room feels rich and timeless and has all the amenities to pamper our guests.

 

Day Three:

Expect To See: River Nile, Itanda falls, Jinja sailing club, Masese fishing village.

 

Begin the day with a sumptuous breakfast ready to drive back to Jinja, Uganda’s adventure capital. This is the time you will explore Jinja town and its major attractions like the source of the world’s longest river, River Nile, Bujagali falls, Itanda falls, Jinja Sailing club and Masese fishing village. Transfer to Kampala where you will be dropped off at Entebbe for your departure flight.
