Best Time to Visit

Getting there

By public transportation: Public buses and trains are also available and can be a more affordable option for budget-conscious travelers. Buses run regularly from downtown Cairo to the Pyramids, while trains run from Giza station to the Pyramids.

By Air: Cairo International Airport: This is the main airport in Cairo and is located approximately 30km (18.6 miles) from the Pyramids. Visitors can take a taxi or hire a private car from the airport to get to the Pyramids.
