Getting there

By Road: From Harare: Take the A3 highway towards Mutare. After passing through Juliasdale, follow the signs to Nyanga National Park. From Mutare: Take the A3 highway towards Harare. After passing through Nyanga town, follow the signs to the park. The roads leading to the park are generally well-maintained, but some sections may be rough or steep, so it’s advisable to use a vehicle with high ground clearance.

By Air: The nearest airport to Nyanga National Park is the Mutare Airport, which is serviced by domestic flights from Harare and other major cities. From Mutare Airport, visitors can hire a car or take a taxi to the park, which is about a 2-hour drive away. Charter flights may also be available to nearby airstrips, but these would need to be arranged in advance.
