1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation Process: To book a safari, please complete our online reservation form. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The deposit ensures that we can confirm your accommodations, activities, and other arrangements.

1.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other secure online payment methods. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your safari start date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

1.3 Confirmation: Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation email with all the details of your safari. Please review this information carefully and inform us of any discrepancies within 7 days.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your safari, please notify us in writing. The following charges apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Deposit only
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total cost These charges cover the costs we incur from our suppliers and partners, and the closer to the departure date, the higher the costs.

2.2 Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your safari due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. We will provide you with as much notice as possible.

3. Changes to Your Booking

3.1 By You: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but additional costs may apply. Examples of changes include modifying your itinerary, changing your accommodation, or adjusting the number of participants.

3.2 By Us: Occasionally, we may need to make changes to your safari due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, availability of services, or other factors beyond our control. We will inform you as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives. If the changes are significant, you will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund.

4. Customization Options

4.1 Personalization: We offer a range of customization options to tailor your safari to your preferences. This can include specific activities, accommodation preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests. Please discuss your needs with our team during the booking process.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking. This information helps us ensure your safety and comfort during the safari.

5.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance that covers safari activities, medical expenses, and trip cancellations. This protects you against unforeseen events that may impact your travel plans.

5.3 Safety: Your safety is our priority. Our guides are trained in first aid, and we provide safety briefings before each activity. However, you participate at your own risk. Always follow the instructions of your guide and take necessary precautions.

6. Visas and Vaccinations

6.1 Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary visas for your safari destinations. Please check visa requirements well in advance of your departure date.

6.2 Vaccinations: Please consult your doctor for advice on vaccinations required for travel in Africa. Common vaccinations include those for yellow fever, hepatitis, and typhoid. Some countries may require proof of vaccination upon entry.

9.2 Third Parties: We work with reputable third-party service providers. While we ensure high standards, we are not responsible for their actions or omissions. Any issues with third-party services should be addressed directly with the provider.

11. Complaints

11.2 Post-Safari Complaints: Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of your safari’s end. Please provide detailed information so we can investigate and respond appropriately.

12. Photography and Marketing

12.1 Photos and Videos: We may take photos and videos during your safari for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us at the beginning of your safari.

12.2 Client Content: With your permission, we may share your photos and testimonials on our website and social media platforms. Your feedback helps us improve our services and inspire other travelers.

13.1 Itinerary Details: Your itinerary will include daily activities, accommodation details, and transportation arrangements. We strive to provide a detailed and accurate itinerary to help you prepare for your safari.
