Introduction
These Traveller Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Visit Africa platform, available at [www.visitafrica.site] (“the Platform”), owned and operated by Architect Tourism SMC Ltd, a tourism company legally registered in Uganda.
By browsing, making an inquiry, or submitting a booking request through the Platform, you (“the Traveller” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Visit Africa provides access to listings for places to stay and tour experiences across Africa, operated by independent local businesses refered to as here as “vendor”. Visit Africa does not collect or process payments and acts solely as an information and connection platform.
Platform Functionality
Visit Africa allows travellers to:
Discover and browse tourism experiences across Africa
View verified listings for accommodation and tours
Access vendor information, including name, location, and contact details
Make a direct inquiry or submit a booking request
Receive a booking confirmation before proceeding to payment
All listings include the vendor’s business name, location, and contact information, made visible to help you verify before confirming any payment.
Business Verification and Listings
All listings published on Visit Africa undergo a review and verification process. Vendors must meet the platform’s listing and quality standards, which include:
Proof of legal operation within Africa
Descriptions and images that accurately represent their offering
Clear contact information and service details
However, Visit Africa does not own, operate, or manage the accommodation or tours listed. Vendors are fully responsible for the services they provide.

a) Make an Inquiry
Before booking, you may send a message to the vendor for further details or clarification. The vendor will respond to your inquiry directly.
b) Submit a Booking Request

After the vendor accepts your booking, they will contact you directly with:
Final confirmation
Instructions on how and when to make payment
Any applicable cancellation or refund terms.
Payment Terms
Payments are made directly to the vendor. Visit Africa does not handle payments or commissions.
You are encouraged to verify the vendor’s contact and business information before making any payment.
Visit Africa shall not be liable for any financial loss resulting from a payment made to a fraudulent or misrepresented vendor.
